Role Overview
As a Senior Accountant at Nanostone, you will be responsible for parts of financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will also support controlling and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent processing of domestic accounts payable and accounts receivable: preparation of customer invoices, account assignment of orders, checking/recording/accounting of supplier invoices and credits, cooperation in the preparation and implementation of the payment process for the bank, dunning, master data maintenance
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements and reporting
- Preparation of reports and business analyses
- Project work
Qualifications
✅ Completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable apprenticeship.
✅ At least 5-7 years of professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, ideally in an international industrial company.
✅ Experience in international banking and accounting.
✅ Experience in project cost accounting and revenue recognition.
✅ Experience and knowledge of travel expenses law and its application.
✅ Good English skills.
✅ Good knowledge of integrated ERP systems, e.g. SAP.
✅ Good PC and MS Office skills.
✅ Ability to work in a team.
✅ Independent and structured way of working.
